From November 30 to December 5, 2024, in Mumbai, India, the International Alliance of Strategic BRICS Projects and the BRICS Planet team participated in the organization and preparation of the XXXIII Plenary Session of the International Coordinating Council on Trans-Eurasian Transportation (CCTT) in a hybrid format, supported by the Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations in India (FFFAI).
The session was attended by over 100 representatives from government agencies, railways, seaports, shipping, investment, and transport and logistics companies—members and partners of the CCTT from 18 countries: Russia, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, the Republic of Korea, the United Arab Emirates, Austria, Germany, Singapore, Thailand, Egypt, Belarus, Azerbaijan, China, Mongolia, Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Turkmenistan.
The session was attended by over 100 representatives from government agencies, railways, seaports, shipping, investment, and transport and logistics companies—members and partners of the CCTT from 18 countries: Russia, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, the Republic of Korea, the United Arab Emirates, Austria, Germany, Singapore, Thailand, Egypt, Belarus, Azerbaijan, China, Mongolia, Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Turkmenistan.
The session also saw personal participation from Ivan Fetisov, Consul General of Russia in Mumbai; Igor Ten, Representative of the Federal Customs Service of Russia in India; and senior officials from Indian agencies, including Mr. Unmesh Sarad Wagh (Chairman of the Mumbai Port Authority JNPA and Chairman of Vadhvan Port) and Mr. Raut Pandurang (IRS, Deputy Director General – Director General for Shipping, Directorate General of Shipping, Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways of the Government of India), as well as Shankar Shinde, Co-Chairman of the Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations in India (FFFAI).
Additional notable participants included Dr. Hoda Haddal Yassa (President of the Union of Arab Women Investors), Dr. Jamal Elkhani (Chairman of the Union of Agricultural Producers), Dr. Hanan Wagdi (Member of CPYP), and Dr. Michael Thao (Vice President of MASP BRICS, Thailand).

As part of the session, the BRICS Alliance held several independent sessions and roundtables. Memorandums and agreements on further cooperation were signed, and a development strategy for the BRICS Alliance for the coming years was formulated. The most active partners and supporters were honored with special awards and distinctions.
